Then why not just predict a win instead of predicting the score too?

You putting a score with your prediction says you believe that your team would win by 39 points. Well, show me just how much you believe.

You are missing the point (or points).

I too believe PAM will beat Central. But with you predicting that kind of blowout, I'll take Central and the points. The point spread is what divides the men from the "big mouth" kids.
