PN-G bamatex Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 What's your pick for the dark horse in your district? For 20-4A, mine is Central.
NDNation Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 Yep Central...We're all about to eat crow :D
mypooh Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 21-5a dark horse Deer Park. I know they weill need to get used to the speed of the district
BrenhamFan Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012
18-4A: Magnolia West
I have to agree. They have gotten better and better every year.
BrenhamFan Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012
Dark horse? LC-M
It says dark, not invisible.
NDNation Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012

Dark horse? I expext Central to bounce back. You can't consider Ozen as a dark horse because they are in Livingston's situation. Jones returns for them and is the best playmaker in the district. I don't think anyone would be suprised to see PN-G in the playoffs. Soooo, it's LC-M by default. 8)
Jackthehammer Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 I agree its Central-------The team that may surprise you as they will surprise a few PAm fans!
NDNation Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 Watch us all get our butts kicked by Lumberton...I'd be done with football ;D I do hope they do well though. Makes for some great games if all the teams in district are chasing the title.
BrenhamFan Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012
19-4A Kingwood Park
You gotta watch those guys. :-[Also Crosby this year.
Guest octfeb Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 I think in 19-4A it's gonna be C.E.King they may not make the final four.. but i do believe they will make some noise...

Guest octfeb Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 I had posted in another thread that C.E.King scrimmaged Tomball(dont know anything about them) and they made 4 td's to tomballs 1 Discipline is gonna be key for them... And with the new coaching staff I believe the discipline will happen...

Guest octfeb Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 Didn't Jones leave Dayton to coach somewhere else then came to King with Price?
robanadana Posted August 24, 2012 Report Posted August 24, 2012 I would give Livingston props if they didn't have to drive so far. I believe it really hurts them. Don't know why but they just don't do well when they play in our area. Were they in district with the New Caney teams, Huntsville, etc., might be a different story.I don't consider Central a dark horse...they just re-loaded.Watch Lumberton, they were scrappy last year......my pick.Top 4 in 20-4A: Vidor, Ned, PNG and Central based mostly on 80% coaching and about 20% talent.
