Today's Scrimmages Attended

Got to Galena Park once I got the start time for Some Creek/Gal Prk @ GP scrimmage.Wrong stadium Northshore was pushing Hou Memorial up & down da field.Asked NS coach where are the Yellowjackets playing.Delmont field off of Holland.Got there @ the half of scrimmage =Creek 2 scores to 0(both passes).GP drives 70 yds mostly on the edges & scores quickly  2-1 SC then a few back n forth possessions then Creek strikes again 40 yd fg.Change poss again a time or 2.Creek ball short pass,run for td.Game over 3 tds 1 fg-1 td GP.Next post for the scoop 8)

SC=decent size but not as big & physical as FW,Ned,or Dayt. & the linebackers blitz alot(Why GP never threw a sceen???)Team speed pretty good @ WR.Did not see much talent in the run gm.on a under sized team for GP.SC Qb seemed out of rythm overthrew or lead WR alot.Did not see a pass thrown over 15 yds but when he connected da WR speed scored some pts.Offense similar to Dayt w/o the timly blocking schemes.GP overall got a decent qb,avg line fair run game w/fumblerooskis.My take on SC,I didn't see Vype top talent play today from the qb whose build like Chambers from Dayton.Did not see him run the ball or scramble a whole lot.Strong arm w/hard throwing(alot lik Merka was from Crosby every pass was a bullet that missed the target by not allowing the play long enuff to develop.Maybe because so young yet.Scenario= they did not show talent worthy of their ranking today.My pic if they don't fix some stuff is fighting for the last playoff spot in 19-4a.For GP trying to win a game from Sante Fe to keep from being last in that dist(NS may had something to do w/that ;)
