That sea of purple you will see when dayton plays sc wont all have kinfolk playing in the game. If that was the case dayton would have about 500 fans instead of 5000 fans. Its sad when we play teams and there will be like 200 fans on the other side.

Ahemm...getting back to football. It was an ugly game, but I was impressed with the heart the defense showed in the second half. They came up with the big plays when it counted.

Also kudos to the Dayton coaching staff for going for the end zone on that 3rd and forever play where #12 had the immaculate reception. Would have been easy to run the ball again and count on Carranco's leg. Good call coach! There was a flag for defensive interference anyway so it would have been a win/win regardless.

This offense has alot of talent. A little out of sync to start the season but give the coaches a chance to iron it all out and they will be pretty potent come playoff time. Gotta go through some growing pains, find out what works and what doesn't. Lots of weapons though! Broncs are gonna be tough this year.

[/quote] Yeah Hawkeye I like the long-ball pass also and hope we use it on a consistant bases. We have a tall QB than can see over the line coupled with our speedy recievers creates just another weapon for this already potent offense. #12( Chambers) the reciever who caught the pass was injured on the play anybody have a report on him ? I hated watching him after the game staggering back to the bus while nobody bothered to help him until another injured Bronco( McBride) limped over to help befor he fell down. ( we can do better than that for our players )

I just talked to McBrides dad everyone is okay but, Kyle will have to sit out against Livingston and Ryan will be back I also asked about Chambers and he said that he will be fine also. I just want to say that once Dayton gets the rust off they will be a force come district and play-off time.I'm a fan but I call it as I see it Dayton will heal up and continue to win.
