Get ready for more kool-aid from the Bronco fans.  This Elkins team was not very good.  Very poorly coached and as a team had very poor conditioning.  The Broncos won which is the bottom line but let's don't call this group any where near teams of the past.  The defense will have to hold this team together because the offense is a walking time bomb, and it will explode (I do not mean this in a good way).  If they make it through the year with the same offensive players even on the team they will be lucky!!

The Broncos should go 10-0 looking at the schedule.  Our district is crappy, from top to bottom. Trust me, I hope I am wrong about everything I said except for the 10-0, but will not be surprised if this team implodes.  Leadership problems.

[/quot  If you say so -  19-a looks to  me as strong or stronger than over half the districts in SETX. :) Dayton,the Barbies, Kingwood , SC and maybe even CEking will make some noise in the play-offs. :)

And this makes you informed?  Please.  What coach in his right mind is going to tell you that the district sucks and the only reason his team will do great is because of that.  Well there is one, and he is more honest than most on here can handle, and he is now retired.  If you don't believe me, just ask him about the district.  You will get an honest answer.  I did, and I got the only answer I need.

As I've already stated FB was good but weren't that good, at all.  If FB would have been classified 4A none of this nonsense would even be posted.  It's nice to say a 4A team beat a 5A team and so on and so on.  I'm a Dayton faithful but geeeeeeez enough already on how good and big and blah blah blah FB was.  THEY WEREN'T THAT GOOD.  Dayton is 1-0 and will have their hands full with Livingston.

Every year you try to put the best team on the field to do one thing, not make it to the 3rd round or 2nd round of the playoffs but to win the State Championship.  Play those studs that are underclassmen and prepare for a good run in a year or two.  It is what it is.

[/quote]Have you been to a game. Those young studs your talking about are playing. We have like 5 or 6 sophmores starting. Daytin has alot of senior talent this year are there would be more than that.
