WOS95 Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 wow, that must have been a great game.
KFDM COOP Posted December 20, 2006 Author Report Posted December 20, 2006 HJ makes free throws when they had to at the end according to my source. WOS lead most of the 2nd half.
AshlyHasBeen Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 Very tight game, poor officiating. Left after the HJ cheerleader hurt herself before the fourth. According to my cousin WO-S went 0-6 from the line in the final minute.
sunshine Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 HJ kept fighting and never gave up. Benard had 30 for HJ.
bballfan07 Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 Nerve-wracking game!!!! Great efforts from: Jarvis Benard, and Trey Burrell from H-J WO-S had an awesome game, but just couldn't hit it from the free-throw line. Congrats Hawks!!!!!!!! :)
20FAN07 Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 great win for the hawks, but we can still split that title

Cat22 Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 In close games like this it always comes down to free throws.
AI_Fan Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 It was a great game start to finish refs let alot of calls slide it was a really physical game it came down to who wanted it the most GREAT job HJ for the win
Guest moonlight Posted December 20, 2006 Report Posted December 20, 2006 This was a important win for HJ and congratulations but i was really dissappointed in Donahoes preformance, i dont even think he had 10 points. Donahoe has to step it up if HJ wants to have any chance to go far in the playoffs
20FAN07 Posted December 21, 2006 Report Posted December 21, 2006 This was a important win for HJ and congratulations but i was really dissappointed in Donahoes preformance' date=' i dont even think he had 10 points[/b']. Donahoe has to step it up if HJ wants to have any chance to go far in the playoffs WOS did a good number on him, but it is true when you meet quality teams your stars need to be ready. HJ should be fine come playoff time. They will have alot of experience and win many. HJ has a quality team.
setxslam Posted December 21, 2006 Report Posted December 21, 2006 Y'all must realize Donahoe's human, and playing hurt. Your expectations of him might be a bit high. I was certainly not disappointed in his play against WO-S. In the last minute of the game he had the steal and full-court layup; in the last second he rebounded and scored an and-one put-back between two defenders-- for the win. All he did was win the game for us. The kid's playing on one leg and he's the main reason HJ is hard to beat: he simply refuses to lose.
t-time Posted December 22, 2006 Report Posted December 22, 2006 also, hj has young talent, they have lots of good juniors, and a couple sophs, Trey Burell played varsity football and basketball as a freshman, he has nowhere to go but up
AI_Fan Posted December 22, 2006 Report Posted December 22, 2006 Just because Donahoe didnt score a bunch he hurt WOS in other ways they most likley came into the game with some plan to stop him which allowed other players to get open and score ( # 3 had 30 points) and im sure thats because they were worried about Donahoe
