bh89-2 Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 Well, I had hoped to make a drive up to the woods to watch BH beat Lumberton, which would have allowed us a trip to the hood to eat a little gumbo at Richards. Now, all hope is not lost because I am sure BMTSoulja is going to run a few bowls over to use before the game. ;) ;)
1ExtremeRightWing Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 Smoking, the game is at the Hill.
Raider42 Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012
I don't care who you play...if you hold some team to 27 total yards then the whole defense needs to be recognized.
BH didn't hold their opponent to 27 yards..... so i'm not sure where you saw that???
JS Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 BH wins this one easily---if they lose then it will be a very long season in mound town.
BHFAN Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 BH rushed for over 400 yards last game. If you can stop the run then the ball will start getting thrown around to make you honest. You have to have a great D line and a set of LB's that will knock your head off to divert the BH attach. Lubeton has had our number during some of the later Price years and has always played us good, so I'm hoping for a good game.2112 - ?????2011 - BH wins 24-6 (Coach Gage)2010- Lumberton wins 33-13(Coach Gage 2nd game of new system)2009 -Lumberton wins 35-29 (Coach Price)2008- Lumberton wins 24-7 (Coach Price)
Bill Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 BH wins BIG. I don't think that Lumberton won't even score.
Laurie720 Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 My prediction.....BH Wins! However, I am very excited about meeting up with my Lumberton friends that I haven't seen in many years! :P

bronco1 Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 Come on yall, Lumberton is in for a very long season (once again), BH sends L-Town down to the cellar where they will stay. Except for a flurry of overachievment when they face Vidor, they will ruin Vidors quest for a perfect 8-2 season, and make it 7-3 with a loss to the Raiders.
bh89-2 Posted September 5, 2012 Report Posted September 5, 2012 I'll tell you what Lumberton, we will let yo score 7 more points than us if you will promise to take these jerseys with you when the game is over. Go give them to west brook, they have blue unis.........

Guest BOBCAT Posted September 5, 2012 Report Posted September 5, 2012 Barbies Hill has to show up with their head in the game or it could be an upset in the making

If passes continue to drop BH takes it. Either way, no big score. The 20 points GCM scored weren't easy scores.
Sweet...good ol' ROT makes an appearance! Still sporting the Tick Tock as well....funny memories there!
bh89-2 Posted September 5, 2012 Report Posted September 5, 2012 I think this just about sums it up for the "L-Train"......http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ozdu4CqOAI

Last year we had to wear em down. I don't think our boys will be taking anything for granted.
Raider42 Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 It's gonna be a hard hitting battle ... just like it has been from the first meeting. Hope our offense corrects the mistakes and gets some momentum to carry in to district play. Go Raiders !!!
bh89-2 Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Lumberton - Welcome to BH, home of the International Champion Barbers Hill Eagles. ;) ;)

sully Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 The Hill is For Real....hahaBarbers Hill by 10 no more. I can't see Lumberton winning, especially after losing to Goose Creek by 20 (21?)
the_dude_abides Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 What kind of offense is Lumberton running this year? Still heavy on ball control? If so, this one might be over by 9 o'clock?

Everytime I get Dayton updates they are almost 15-20 minutes ahead of us. I think it is because they are trying to get done and over to watch us so they can see real football. ;D ;D
