mytwocents-28 Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 I'm thinking the same thing. So who's all in? I am.

Puma42 Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 I can compile stats if they are sent to me via email
WOSgrad Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 I will be publishing the stats that I compile from around the area on Tuesdays.
Puma42 Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 This year we can have the draft and start the league when district starts, kind of like a test run. Next year, we can do the whole season and fix anything that goes wrong this year.
AOO7 Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 You guys could come together and use only the teams that you have for sure statistical sources for to make the league accurate.
Puma42 Posted September 3, 2012 Report Posted September 3, 2012 That's what we were talking about in earlier posts

That isn't the problem. The only thing is stats. I was thinking the league could consist of these districts:21-5A19-4A20-4A20-3A21-3A22-3A12-2A2 (If we can consistently get accurate stats)And if we can get accurate stats from other nearby districts, we can involve those too
As someone who has chased area stats for the last 3 years to post here, let me offer my opinion on the above districts.21-5A - West Brook, PA Memorial, La Porte, North Shore, Deer Park and Channelview okay. Sterling sometimes goes missing.19-4A - Barbers Hill, Crosby, Dayton, Kingwood Park, Humble, and Summer Creek okay. C.E. King is hit and miss. Don't know about New Caney or Porter.20-4A - All are generally okay.20-3A - Jasper, Carthage and Center (Center being the best of the 3) at best, but even those are hit and miss. Diboll and Huntington will be hard to find.21-3A - All, except for HF are okay. 22-3A - Huffman, Coldspring, Cleveland okay. The rest of the district is definitely hit or miss.12-2A-II - The only one in this district that I could ever get consistent stats from is Deweyville.
If we had to narrow it down, I'd pick these districts

And I guess we could eliminate picking from teams that inconsistently provide stats
Haha, it's all good.

mypooh Posted September 4, 2012 Report Posted September 4, 2012 Count me in. Nothing like starting the weekend early on a little fantasy high school. I don't think the scoring need to be as detailed as we use with the NFL. Let's just use simple scoring
