AggiesAreWe Posted September 5, 2012 Author Report Posted September 5, 2012 A couple of tweets by Beaumont Enterprise sports editor Chris Dabe:Christopher Dabe @cmdabeLamar basketball has never opened a season w/ more than 4 straight road or neutral site games. Lamar opens with 11 this season.Christopher Dabe @cmdabeBut that number changes if Lamar somehow can host Preseason NIT games.
AggiesAreWe Posted September 5, 2012 Author Report Posted September 5, 2012 WOW!!! Lamar will possibly play 11 games before they play a home game! Also, only have 11 home games this year, down from 15 last year (not counting exhibition games). No change in season ticket prices though.Sent my money in yesterday.
UNLV Posted September 6, 2012 Report Posted September 6, 2012 Pat Knight is trying to give an inexperience team some experience. Lamar record won't be very good this year going into conference, however Lamar will dominate in the SLC. ORU and Lamar fighting the championship.
