Patrick Reed(Silsbee)-  Someone posted earlier he had 200+ yards passing & rushing.  Nothing official yet.

Montana Quirante for both awards. He scored four rushing touchdowns and played middle linebacker allowing only 7 points in two games. Even Bobby Bouchet couldn't do that.

Our broadcast game stats has Silsbee QB Patrick Reed with 14-23 passing, 264 yards, 2 TD's, 16 carries 208 yards, 2 TD's. Total offense of 472 yards and 4 TD's!

Reed gets my vote for offensive player of week.

I'd give it to Shaw from Nederland as well for Offensive/Defensive Player.

Take your pick on either.

Both had outstanding games playing both Offensively/Defensively.  Not any easy thing to do.  Highly athletic and talented.
