SETXsports First Beaumont ISD Football Special of the season pits a couple of undefeateds at the Beaumont Ozen Panthers host the Port Arthur Memorial Titans.  Jeff Nelson's Panthers stand at 1-0 on the season after besting Beaumont Bowl participant Beaumont West Brook 33-29.  Ken Harrison's Titans also stand at 1-0 after defeating Beaumont Central last Friday, 23-20.

I picked PAM, but I'd gladly miss that pick to see a very good Ozen offense put enough points on the board to win against this 21-5A powerhouse. One 5A team down for the Panthers one to go.....I have a hunch this will be a battle of the defenses.
