L.C won't beat any of these teams in the Top 5. If you think so, tell us who you can beat! Which 1??
Good point Ocho

TheBigSwitch
We will scrimmage anyone, I mean last year we were the only ones that would scrimmage PA when everyone else was running scared. I would say that on any given Saturday we could beat any of those teams, that is why the game is played. You will never know until you play the game. Unfortunately we only play OF, not sure if it is the one that you are referring to on the list or not. But I would put my money on the Bears for that game. Looks like it is going to be a good year, don't forget there should be two power rankings as we now have a big school little school division. Png W5. Orangefield
I agree with these power rankings but lets remember Orangefield has two teams!!! So I am guessing your talking about Orangefield white. which apparently beat Nederland gold. I have heard that Orangefield Orange did win this weekend too.. In my opinion the power rankings should read like this:1. Beaumont Blue2. Nederland Black3. Lumberton White4. Png W5. Orangefield WhiteJust my opinion thought... TheBigSwitch
I love it, PNG W gets blanked by Lumberton White, OFW barely beat Lumberton Red on a strip play at the end of the game and yet they are still in the top 5. I guess it is good to have faith that your team will remain in the top.

Coach for Lumberton red should have taken the victory formation and sealed he victory. Orangefield White didnt play Lumberton Red.
NDNDad1
Yes PNG W got blanked. 2 mins into the game we had one of our key players, starting OLB and Starting Tailback suffer a major injury that will require surgery this week. Our team was an emotional wreck after that, we had 3 or 4 kids that wanted no part of the game after seeing that happen. Lumberton scored 3 TD's before halftime. Our coaches were able to make some defensive adjustments and we only gave up 1 td after that. We made adjustments on the offense also and had two good drives end at lumbertons 10 and 15 yard lines by fumble. Injuries are part of the game and I know, im not gonna say we would have won but I can assure you we would not have gotten blanked and they would not have scored 26! As far as power rankings go Lumberton W is very deserving of a top 2 or 3 spot for sure! I think our coaches are great at getting everything out of our kids and we will still battle everyone each and every week. My son plays on PNG W and as long as we dont have anymore injuries and our coaches can get our boys past the trauma of what they saw we will end up a top 5 or 6 team! Good luck to everyone for the remainder of the season and God Please keep all the boys safe and injury free on every team in STJFL! Heres how I see it!1. Bmt B2. Lumb W3. Ned B4. Orangefield W5. PNG WI think 2,3,4,& 5 could swap places on any given Saturday!

Guest DawgsOfGold
Wos isn't poorly coached. By them having 2 teams, splitting their talent hurt them this year. Maybe you should coach!!!!

Bmt Pride
Here is a list based on performance to date. (i.e. records, points scored, and points allowed) Keep in mind this doesn't account for the fact that some teams had a bye week (Ned B, Bmt G and Wos W) which means they could be higher or lower than shown. Also some teams have played easier teams and some have had harder ones so this list really means nothing. Lol. This is also not my opinion, just thought i would post it.Large School Scored AllowedBmt B 3-0 135 26Lum W 3-0 104 0Ned W 3-0 75 26Ned B 2-0 74 12Png W 2-1 32 26Ned G 1-2 47 24Bmt G 0-2 32 58Lum R 0-3 32 73Png P 0-3 19 121Vid 0-3 13 112Png G 0-3 12 95Small School scored allowedLc 3-0 87 27Of W 3-0 44 8Bc R 2-1 69 55Bc W 2-1 63 58Of O 2-1 32 38Wos B 1-2 28 65Ktz 0-3 22 73Wos W 0-2 19
