NewtonNation
Newton is on a roll with two big wins and even though Orangefield lost to Jasper they gave East Chambers a good game. Newton 35 - Orangefield

NewtonNation
If I'm looking at the stats right OF had almost 400 yards rushing against East Chambers. Is that right?

bruno994
Not sure what OF stats were against EC, but they did run the ball (for most of the game) effectively against Jasper, but had several turnovers, penalties that cost them long runs and a few not so stellar decisions made. Obviously I'm with everyone else on the predictions that Newtons' speed will be way too much for OF, but they are a gritty team with a few guys with decent speed coming out of the backfield. Come district, they should battle Buna and BC for the third playoff spot behind WOS and Silsbee (in no particular order).
NewtonNation
Newton is doing great, I just hope we dont look past OF. If you look past a team with ball control like that you may find yourself looking from behind them. Keep the focus up Eagles!
ChampionEagles
Orangefield has demonstrated they have a ground game that can move the ball. Miscues and penalties can be corrected. Might be a lot closer game than most think. If Newton's defense gets a handle on Orangefields running game, could be a long night for Orangefield. Newton by 21.
