Appears to be a serious talent drain. I am told by some parents so I cannot personnally verify that there are a lot young men that are not playing that would seriously help the team. Not sure as to why but what bothers me is why wasn't the success of the '07-'08 seasons used to build the program to be a competitive year in and year out? Somehow that was not used as a building block.
