Vidor played their best half of football this year. Jon Boy back with a vengeance. Justin Moore had a great half. Pirate defense swarming.

I am really impressed with Vidor so far.  And Clear Brook is a very good team.  Vidor caught them CB by surprise on 2 costly plays and that was most of the difference in the first half.

Now I do not want to jinx us, but my only concern is how humid it is, and hot.  CB has nobody going both ways.  And while Vidor has played more kids this week than ever, I hope cramps and fatigue do not catch up with us in the 4th qtr.

But so far, everything is going great for the Pirates!
