A "Dead T" is a straight T look but with the fullback moved back to where his hands are even with the feet of the other two backs.  Or maybe a hair or two deeper.

Been involved with junior high and high school football for 64 years; even back to the single wing formation.  I have never before heard of the "Dead" T formation.  What is that?

You know now that i think about it i feel pretty good as well seeing as Vidor has 3 interceptions in the last 2 games. One for a pic 6. Not as good as Nederland but still pretty good.  8)

This will be a game of who controls the line of scrimmage and ball protection. Two of the best defenses around. Then ball control offense against pro style. Hard hitting and coached by two great coaches. GOTTA LOVE IT !

All I will say is someone fan base will be very nervous after this game along with quiet. They will join the BH fans as wait and see how the seson goes instead of talking trash and posting how good there are at every corner. That being said I think that a team wear black and gold will win this game. LOL nEDERLAND black and gold. I just can't see Vidor move the ball on the stout Nederland line. Nederland DL should be more then ready to play knowing that Viidor will win the ball most of the time.

Vidor has ALWAYS played Nederland tough, especially at home. Been in Nederland along time and this game has always been a battle. I remember some years back Nederland clearly had the better team,better record,and bigger players but Vidor almost beat us IN NEDERLAND! So that being said anything can happen. Vidor plays hard and with alot of heart. There not always the biggest,fastest, or strongest but they ALWAYS play hard. Hoping Nederland get the win but I dont think Vidor is going to hand it to them. Their DEFINITLY gonna have to earn it.
