Guest BobcatBeliever Posted December 21, 2006 Report Posted December 21, 2006 BCLL will hold sign ups on January 13 & 20th at Hatton Elementary from 10 - 3. We are offering something new to any newcomers to the league (excluding T-ball). If your child didn't play in BCLL last year you can register them for $10.00. Yes, I said TEN DOLLARS. You need to bring your childs birth certificate to registration. We have recently learned from District Admin that, given the fact that Twin County no longer offers a girls program that we are now able to register all kids in the Mauriceville, LCM, Deweyville, and Orange areas. It is being discussed the possibility of allowing these girls to form their own teams and play in the BCLL and they are still eligible for All Stars. Any persons interested in forming a team and/or coaching should contact Brigg Patterson at 963-9182.
SuperflySnuka Posted January 5, 2007 Report Posted January 5, 2007 My 11 year old girl will be signing up for softball. We're from Mauriceville. The cost is only 10 dollars? Wow!
Guest BobcatBeliever Posted January 5, 2007 Report Posted January 5, 2007 My 11 year old girl will be signing up for softball. We're from Mauriceville. The cost is only 10 dollars? Wow! That's how it's working this year. We're trying hard to build our girls program and we're offering $10 registration to any child who did not play in BC last year, excluding T-Ball. We think it's a good deal and hopefully you can help get the word out to some of the kids out there in your area!
Guest BobcatBeliever Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Don't forget BCLL is holding the second registration tomorrow from 10 - 3 at the Hatton Cafeteria. They've obtained permission from Little League headquarters to allow ALL Orange County girls to play in the league and all are eligible for All-Stars. This covers Little Cypress, Mauriceville and Vidor as well as Orange. Registration fee for any new player in the league will be $10. I realize that there are alot of girls playing ASA, but there are many that are not playing and this is a great alternative for them. Also, if there are enough girls from any of those areas to make a complete team and have a coach, they are going to allow that.Come out and play ball.

Also, if there are enough girls from any of those areas to make a complete team and have a coach, they are going to allow that.
