Marble Falls QB Mike Richardson broke the all time state passing yardage record for a single game tonight with 725 yards in his teams 62-55 win over Boerne Champion. The previous record was 683 yards set last year by Dylan Sheffield of Wichita Falls.

Both teams (MF and Champion) combined for over 1300 yards passing tonight!!

Coach Todd Dodge at it again!  ;D ;D
[/quote]That man is possibly the greatest offensive mind in HS Football in the 2000s. Pre-2000 (1990s) its a toss up IMO, but when the year turned to 2000 and on ----> Dodge was on point.

I watched Marble Falls play Lagrange the first game of the year and that QB is the real deal. He threw 3 touchdowns to the same reciever in the first half! Think he accounted for 6 touchdowns himself that night

His season totals are 103-152 for 1,483 yards with 20 touchdowns and just one interception. That's just in four games.  Marble Falls has scored 201 points, and have allowed 165 points.  So, 91.5 points is the over/under.  That sounds like some exciting football.

Marble Falls next game is Oct. 5 against Cedar Park at Marble Falls.  Cedar Park was ranked to start the year, so it should be a good one.
