The Port Arthur Memorial Titans have their final tuneup as they travel to the Houston area to take on the Bellaire Cardinals.  Ken Harrison's Titans come into the game with a 3-0 mark after a 31-16 victory over Houston Westside last week.  Meanwhile, the Cardinals come into the game with a 1-2 mark and look to rebound from their 30-9 loss to Alief Taylor last Friday.
