I understand they handed out red, cross stickers, (not the charity)to the Vidor PeeWee team for their helmets. I imagine in support of the Kountze Cheerleaders?

As much as I avoid all things purple, this reminds me we are ALL BROTHERS IN CHRIST!

May the grace of god be upon your team, what a classy action by those coaches, those grey kids are truly blessed to have men like this to lead them.

You are correct!  My son plays on Pee Wee Purple and I was told PNGYFA purchased the red crosses and handed them out to all the teams playing today, purple or not, to show support for the kids in Kountze!!  Like you said, no matter what colors we wear, together, we are the body of Christ and will support each other 100%!!

I apologize...my information was incorrect...someone told me PNGYFA provided the crosses!  Thanks for correcting that for me!  A big thanks to Kountze!  All the boys displayed them proudly!  We were glad to show our support!  Stand up and stand out!
