invictus Posted September 28, 2012 Report Posted September 28, 2012 It is quicker to go through Bridge City anyway. That way you also avoid the awesome motorcycle cop in Vidor that hangs out around I-10.

I have been going through downtown all week and it hasn't been too bad. Once you get over the bridge it opens back up. Not sure if that is the problem or not - I also saw where they had a wreck so I'm sure that is just making it worse.
Sleepy1 Posted September 28, 2012 Report Posted September 28, 2012 The construction crew has changed the lanes up over the past month or so and 5:00 traffic is backed up/ stop-n-go everyday. I'm hoping they soon revert back to the previous system.May be something in addition to the norm as well.
