Lee trying to remind us that they too are mistake prone.
Ball is just more undisciplined than Lee.
Lee running all up and down the field then getting into first. And 25 with penalties
Trying too hard to establish passing game when zellars could just run around the corner for ten every play.
I guess they are looking to future games but I don't feel confident yet in this victory even with as horrible as Galveston is.

Int Lee on first play
Excellent play by 21
Lee taking their time here
Down to 30 seconds after a first down.  Lee let 25 seconds just tick away.
LOL
Just ran the clock out.
Showing compassion already?
still a ballgame here

Sterling needs to schedule ball.
Tors have two first Downs I believe and probably negative yards.
Playing some sort of rugby looking offense where they just take the snap and essentially turn it into a Scrum and try to push the pile forward.
Occasionally they might pitch it but that tends to result in a fumble.

Thanks a lot. I was just starting to feel good about Lee, and you have to drop the Tate and Johnson bombshell on me  :'(

Lee actually is not entirely bad this year.  Best team since the Jeremy Moses team that should have beaten NS in the playoffs.

I bet Ball fans are missing the days of Lawrence Richardson and Marvin Jackson though.  Maybe even a John Humphrey might help them out.

They are truly dreadful.  Sam Rayburn would take them behind the woodshed.

Where did all of the Galveston County players go?
LaMarque is in 3A and seems to be low on athletes.  Ball does not have a single good athlete on the entire team.  TC has a few, but their numbers seem low.

I am just wondering who the beneficiary is of all this?

That's what I suggested to my wife, but man, that is such a far place to randomly go.
I am looking at the map now on Google, and I guess it makes a little bit of sense if they just go straight up HWY 6.
Manvel is not too far up the road past Santa Fe.

Pearland is spreading out. Santa Fe is not an option for the G Ball crowd.

Don't I know it.
My niece goes to Dawson.  Not going to want to talk high school football with her after they finish thrashing Lee.  Manvel proper really doesn't have any neighborhoods, so I guess they end up coming to the Lakes of Savannah or all the way up into Shadow Creek Ranch.  Maybe they even come on down my way and end up going to Hightower or Ridge Point..

Galveston never recovered from the last hurricane. People have other options available now and that island lifestyle wears on you after a few evacuations.
