patrick thomas 89 Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Is da guillory kid playing tonite, jarrod
justsaying Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 14-0 EC. Roberts scored both. One on about 25 yards and 1 yard. Guillory is playing looks good. Couple big tackles. Our d is killing woodville. Opt offense still looks bad on the pass.
justsaying Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 EC wins 28-6. Glenn had a 90 yard TD called back before the second teamers went in.
Guest ECBucFan Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Great game by the EC "D". 8)
finger roll Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Anybody have the stats on Roberts? Had a 90+ run called back due to an EC block on the 30 yrd line as Roberts crossed the goal line. I'm guessing he was around 300 without that run.
BucFan Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Have to say the boys looked so much better tonight. You could feel that Buc intensity coming back! Now to prepare for next week. Don't want to underestimate anyone isn't that right Kvillecat????
SFAJACK02 Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Hey don't you guys agree that Woodville's play calling sucked. I said it would come down to play calling 1 and turnovers 2. Woodville has a ton of athletes, but will never win with the shameful play calling. Why would you run the ball on third down and 7 and run like two to 3 plays almost the whole game. One dimensional. Until we get the politics out of Woodville we won't be a true contender. Just had to say that.

ECFAN#1 Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Want to say good luck to Woodville for the rest of district. I saw alot of Woodville talent out there and think you are still in the race for a playoff spot.
Guest ECBucFan Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Yes they are. If memory serves, WV started 0-2 in district last year and then won out to get in.
jenks Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 Way to bounce back EC after the upset last week. Good teams will bounce back.
goldenarm Posted September 29, 2012 Report Posted September 29, 2012 wdv was beat worse than the score indiated # 60 for EC was a beast must be 7 ft and 350 lbs. He lived in the backfield. what SFA 02 said.

You have that kind of size with that kind of speed...utilize it. The play-calling was awful. Losing your starting QB the week before the biggest you've played all year and having to transition your offense is tough to overcome. But I'm proud of Woodville for not laying down and at least finishing with some pride by scoring towards the end of the game.
