bballjunkie_70 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 I would like to congratulate Caleb and share some family news on his behalf. Simply because if you truly know Caleb he is a very quiet and humble kid. He has begun to receive recruitment letters as well as e-mails of interest from various schools. Such as Georgia Tech, Arizona, SMU, TCU, Texas A&M(tamu.scout.com) and last but not least Lamar. Caleb was injured Friday night against Vidor. He is recovering well and was able to put some pressure on it today as he continues to get treatment on it. Thanks to all who care and those who have checked on him(friends and coaches). Thanks on behalf of the Malveaux's and may god bless you all. Sincerely Caleb's Proud Dad.
Puma42 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 Glad to hear he is doing well, and good luck to him and his recruitment in the future! Kid is a stud!
chorizo Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 Hope he gets back soon.....amazing young man on that field
The Goat Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 We have a nice RED and BLACK training room off ninth ave in P.A. ERIC ;) We will take good care of him!!!! That's a promise from The GOAT
jake94 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 Great job! This kid is an animal. There are gonna be LOTS of scouts in the stands the rest of this season and next season watching Caleb and DeShawn! I think both will get big D1 scholarships.
James Mosley Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 This kid is fun to watch. I too hope he has a full recovery and gets to continue playing a game that means so much to him.

Emotions are a hard thing to control.
mypooh Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 Great update. Anyone who has ever played in Vidor knows that there will always be that play that makes you say What the Hell ?? Where did that cheap shot come from.

You see tons of players helping the other team up and laughing after a play is over with. There is no need for some of the things I saw from VIDOR Friday night. Since you took it personal.

Its not gonna be the girl scouts selling cookies man. ::)

BigDog007 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 I hope for Caleb a full recovery. I was relieved once them taped him up and he returned back to the field especially after staying down for so long. Caleb is a force to be reckoned with and with more playing time and only a Junior he will have offers from all over.
GoBigBlue1997 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 Glad to hear Caleb is doing well. That kid is a beast in the middle and I wish him the best!

BigDog007 Posted October 1, 2012 Report Posted October 1, 2012 Enough of the blaming on who did what to who. This thread was started by a players dad who wanted to thank those who asked about his injury and to toot his horn for his son. Lets get back to the real thread !!!!!!!!!
