Warren was truly put to the test last Friday night against Newton.  #27 easily rushes for 350+ in this one.

Running up game scores, or yards for any particular player never has been EC's style. EC respects Warren and all opponents, FWIW.

I'm still unsure as to what to think about EC after losing to HJ, but other than that loss, they have been on cruise control with Roberts grinding up yards.  Warren is much improved, but can they play a spoiler in the Bucs hunt for another district title?  Good luck to both teams come Friday night.  This district might very well come down to the last game, last quarter, last minute of the season.  We need a 10-2A Redzone channel just to keep up with the 4 games each Friday night.  Maybe AggiesAreWe can go to work on that...

[/quote]Another uneducated run off at the mouth.  Roberts ran the ball 58 times in the first 3 games.  Thats just under 20 per game.  He was probably between 20 and 25 against Woodville as well.  Averaging around 14 yards per carry.  There really would be some whining going on if he had 40 touches a game.

Since you aren't interested in the free wrist band night, I guess we will use the money at the "beer garden" after the game.  East Chambers has always had classy fans. I figured a little humor would not hurt.  I hope our boys got humbled against Newton last week and come out Friday eager.

Our very first group of kids from youth football are currently Juniors.  We are in our sixth year of youth football so hopefully it will start helping and showing at the varsity level.  Especially the kids that have been with us from flag all the way thru.
