The Silsbee Tigers enter their second week of District 21-3A play as they host the Buna Cougars!  Bobby McGallion's Tigers, 4-1 on the season, had a successful start to district play as they defeated Orangefield last week, 48-7.  Meanwhile, Bradley Morgan's Cougars, 2-3 on the season, dropped their district opener to Bridge City, 28-24.

On the possession before he left the game Pat was down, it looked like he let go of the ball and a defender jumped on him and the ball. Pat came to the sideline very gingerly.  On his next play, he was running with the ball  and just stopped and went to the ground.  It is a hip problem. He has been walking very gingerly on the sideline.
