Could be a cupcake district too. After NS and PAM, then who? Y'all say LP is overrated and DP isn't very good. What other teams? Just asking.
If they lose to Sterling, WB should cancel the rest of the season.  Smh.
their season is on the line versus DP, they lose that game----> No Playoffs! They can watch PAM play a game in their own stadium.  ;)

21-5A top 4 would destroy 19-4A teams up and down the field. Bringing up 19-4A in this thread is laughable at best.  ;)
you don't get out much do you. I was joking around and found it comical putting how much the top teams were beating the cellar dwellers. I can promise you that 19- 4a top four teams could compete with 21-5a top 4. The only one that would blowout our teams would be NS. ;D

if they can compete, then ns would not blow them out. if you are atleast a B+ team you can give ns fits and possibly win. NS has been playing C- to F+ teams(manvel a B-to C+). stop letting records and teams they play BLIND you...the same could be said about PAM too. that's why this game is important for both teams win or lose. both are going to be in the playoffs and this will determan what they need to fix before then.

I agree.  Let them know!  Being 5A doesn't make you the top teams around.  I can list a 3A school that is every bit as good as PAM.  Actually, Navasota is probably better!  NS is the elite team of the district.  I would think you guys would know that, but PAM fans seem to think different.  At least for one more week...  In my Chad Johnson voice...  "Hush Child"!

they are not the elite team of the district...as far as i'm concerned LP is still district champs till the end of district and PAM is still reg.3 champs till they are knocked out the playoffs. NS is 2-2 against PAM...THAT'S WHY THEY ARE NOT ELITE TO US THE FANS!! a good test?? yes, with no doubt!! the other horse pucky, yeah whatever...anyone with a good 5A program like PAM would not play a 3a school. they will catch flack win or lose. that's why there needs to be a tournament in january, for our area anyway.

I bet not.  After the struggle with a 4A school like Central...  I honestly believe the Rattlers would wear the Titans out.

you think PAM struggled with central because of the score??? read the box scores. PAM had so many penalties,it killed drives or gave central more chances to score. moved the ball with EASE...even the backs ups played. also first game of the year with a new and young OL,new QB,two new starting wr's... and still had well over 300 yards of offense.

PAM has alot of dry haters but I must say that most people in the area (SETX) show support. Hate on cause the Titans will roll on. The teams in SETX are fighters and will not lay down for any team no matter their history, record  etc. You better lock and load and bring the wood cause its gonna be a war win, lose or draw. Intimidation and tough talk wont put fear in nobody around here. You can crown North Shore if you choose to but they are gonna have to bring some to get some. They found out quick when they came to 21- 5A that PAM nor WB was backing down from them.

yes they are part of the game, which is what i was pointing out. YOU tried ::) to make it seem as though PAM was getting saduskied by central, which was the furthest from the truth. PAM was killing themselves. there was NO concern of central winning the game. central had ONE drive against PAM where they moved the ball and scored without any help from PAM penalties and that was late 4th qtr when the game was 23-13.

    • I'm not sure who you are Separation Scientist, but you and I are on the same page entirely.  BH has not played tough, physical football for 4 full quarters in years (before the Gage hiring).  I feel it has 99% to do with how we work in the offseason.  I know we lift weights and spend a great deal of time lifting those weights and doing footwork drills, etc., ......but are we hurting and learning to fight through the pain and get to that next level and continue on?  I firmly believe in quality over quantity.  Do the coaches work the kids until exhaustion and then continue pushing them?  I know the answer.... they do not!  We practice in an indoor air conditioned taj mahal even when the weather is great.  It is much different than what the BH offseason program was in the nineties and early 2000s....and the programs of Katy and PNG of today.  We worked through multiple agility, plyo, mat drills, bleachers, hill training, weight training circuits until we were puking and after we finished non-stop motion for 50 minutes all groups would meet on the track to run a quarter for time.  If you didn't make the time you had to run it again.  We did this every day and would routinely test strength and speed (included a mile run for time...which hasn't happened at BH in years...yes, big boys can run a mile) ....and 90% of all athletes would improve in both strength and speed throughout the offseason.  This all took place in 4th period of the school day, and it got results.  We didn't have any big, sloppy dudes because they couldn't make it through the offseason (they lost weight and became hosses.... or quit) and our numbers were streamlined to only include those that really wanted to be there and put in the work.  One thing that didn't happen is we didn't have kids lay out injured on the field.  I do not remember many, if any, ever getting hurt or missing a game.  I contribute that to how we worked in the offseason.  Until we get the program back to this way of thinking and working, we will continue to be mediocre.  We have twice the athletes and numbers today than we did then so it would be fun to see the results.  It can be done.  Not sure it will be done.
