QB is not the problem. He throws the ball well & runs the team with solid leadership skills. The offensive philosophy does not make the most of their talent. But, the problem is on defense. Can't stop anybody!

i agree with TDAVIS....QB is very inconsistant and doesnt handle pressure at all. Dont know where you saw leadership skills or good running...take a look at his rushing stats....not bashing the player...he just isnt a good fit at that position in my opinion.

U can't design plays where the quarterback drops back/rollsout and waits for the receivers route to develop, the line is not good enough to hold up that long.  The plays have to be designed around what the players can do with quick timing plays or throw it away.  The quarterback looks good on some plays and not on others, its all about what play is called.
