no, they were wearing LU shirts. couldn't get tickets from ned but gottem from a friend from png that had extras. he even said their names and where they were sitting. this was on the png broadcast.

The 'dawgs are good. That's that!  This is a BIG monsterous team. I've always been a Vidor Pirate fan, but I can remember back in 1973 when I was a Junior in Vidor and Nederland had a 16 straight years of winning over us.  16 years in a row! On that game, they won by such an overwhelmingly margin, they let people who had NEVER even touched a football, carry the ball in a final minutes on running trap plays. 

This coaching crew they have now is absolutely the best Nederland has ever had, has been in place for about 17 years.  I'm guessing this is the best year and opportunity they've had to advance to state and I'm sorry, but I'm gonna follow them to the Dallas Cowboy's stadium.  I'll go for Vidor first of course, But I'll follow this Nederland  team if they advance further.
