I doubt when the game is over there will be a number as small as 17 beside Carthage's name on their "small" scoreboard.  They are too good on offense.  Just check the last 5 years results.

Rootin' for the Dawgs, win this one and Barbay may get a lifetime contract offer on the bus ride back to the 'Jewel of the Forest' Jasper, Texas!  GO DAWGS!  Wish I could make the ride, but my Coogs will need my support and maybe my first aid know how against WO-S here Friday.

I kinda think this is gonna be a low-scoring game. Jasper is as good as any defense Carthage has seen, if not the best. I'll take Jasper by a milkbone, 14-13. It's gonna be a good one...

Jasper's offense will have to "click" to beat carthage..The defense will keep jasper in the game..I hate to put it on one player but the qb will have to make play's in the passing game for jasper to win.  Our offensive line will have trouble like they did against wos.  I hate the fact that the only other quality team we have played up to this point is wos..(no disrespect ment)  We have either blown teams out or lost, our closest win was 21-7 against BC.  If jasper does'nt turn the ball over and Carthage has 3 turnovers jasper will win.

WOS defense dominated the game.  Jasper didn't score until 58 seconds left in th game.
