Guest hardin01 Posted October 27, 2012 Report Posted October 27, 2012 Hardin, East Chambers, Anahuac are all in the same district with 4-5 other Houston Prep Schools. That is very odd.Are these prep schools suppose to be any good? What is Hardin's chances this year?

TopDawG52 Posted October 27, 2012 Report Posted October 27, 2012 1. East Chambers2. YES Prep Southeast3. Hardinthat's how the district will play out E.C. and Yes Prep will battle it out for the 1 seed and I don't see anybody that can play with Hardin for the 3rd seed.
OldSkool97 Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Whats up with the districts? Why are they not the same as football?
mfd814 Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 That's how UIL did them. Hardin should fight for the top spot.
BBfan061 Posted October 28, 2012 Report Posted October 28, 2012 Ec,hardin, and Anahuac should make playoffs.. those prep schools are horrible

A.Hop14 Posted October 31, 2012 Report Posted October 31, 2012 Anahuac will easily win the district mark my word.
Guest hardin01 Posted October 31, 2012 Report Posted October 31, 2012 Your word is marked. Hardin should be very good. Returning lots of key players.I see Hardin as the 2 or 3 seed.
Guest Posted November 5, 2012 Report Posted November 5, 2012 I heard Hardin was going to be really good this year. Who knows. We will have our sneakers on first thing next week. (no playoffs in football)
mfd814 Posted November 5, 2012 Report Posted November 5, 2012 Should have sneakers this week, 1st game is next week. Hardin has high expectations this year, after getting the 3rd spot last year.

Guest Posted November 6, 2012 Report Posted November 6, 2012 That's good, I'd like to see that Hardin Boys Basketball team get back into the playoffs, and make a push for state.

mfd814 Posted November 6, 2012 Report Posted November 6, 2012 We are, and Kountze's district is a lot weaker this year.
mfd814 Posted November 6, 2012 Report Posted November 6, 2012 #1 should be better this year also, more mature. If you are referring to #33 from last year, he graduated.
Guest Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 Any updates on the Hardin vs. Tarkington game?Hardin should be pretty good this year, I doubt Tarkington poses much of a threat in this game, or do they? lol
mfd814 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Posted November 14, 2012 Hardin looked bad in 1 st half, Tarkington out rebounded them and were more physical. Hardin was down by 14 at one point I think. 2nd half Hardin pressed and became physical and made FTs in the end. Tarkington is scrappy, needs to leave the sophomore in more. Good game, came down to the last 2 mins.
