Freaking Pop ups!

Is anyone else getting pop ups on their phones?

I cant hardly even post, because of a Mcdonalds and some sort of video keeps blocking my screen >:( >:(

YES!!  I was thinking the exact same thing.  It's a pain in the butt.  You just have to let the McDonalds commercial finish before you can do anything.

I am getting that one and a car ad.  Makes the site and phone useless.  Someone needs to find a better way to advertise or folks will not fight those to come to this site on their phone.

I agree, I cant even see the forum because of the video. No other message boards I visit do this, except this one.

Yes and it's a huge deterrent!! Can read anything and it takes forever to exit off. What do we do!

With SETX on your phone screen go to settings and choose "request desktop site" and they go away....that's what worked for me....

I was told by the owner of the site this morning that he has made some changes to the site ads and he thinks this should clear up the pop up problems.

Let's keep our fingers crossed.

I have Verizon and have never seen a pop up ad here.

Would that make any difference?

I have Verizon also and this weekend all I got was McDonald's ad and finally I just gave up.  Yeah I was too lazy to get out of my warm bed to get my lap top.

Same here.  I have AT&T - I essentially cannot get on this site on my iphone, which is sad. Wish somehow they would come up with an app.

I have an iPhone also and Friday was the first time for this to ever happen.  Like I said I was too lazy to get up and get my laptop.  ;D
