There are 20,000 HS in the USA. All of them will have a leading scorer this year. Not all of them are good enough to play in college.

Do all 20,000 have basketball teams?

If Yates would distribute a few of their move- ins to some of those other schools, more leading scorers would get scholarships.

We play HJ and Ozen this year.  We have to do something to keep up!  ;)
[/quote] Well, if yall punish HJ, make sure you tell us how LC-M did. I'd like to rub it in a bit ;)

Most kids who go D1 are the pure cream of the crop. In the state of Texas, I'm more than sure less than twenty 3A or below kids get D1 scholarship. When I say D1 I mean schools like Lamar, PVAMU, SFA etc....If you look at the past 3 years of SETX players of the year D.C. Stallworth (2 years) Shawn Prudhomme last year, neither went D1.
