BLUEDOVE3 Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 There are 20,000 HS in the USA. All of them will have a leading scorer this year. Not all of them are good enough to play in college.

BEARCAT Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 Someone should research to see who brings up Yates more, Dove or Nash! :D
stevenash Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 While I often bring up the Yates name, you can rest assured that Da Dove leads in that category and always will.
BLUEDOVE3 Posted October 29, 2012 Author Report Posted October 29, 2012 Okay, lets talk about LC-M .... LCM Boys Basketball is conducting school-wide open tryouts. Bring your own basketball shoes and clothing.Monday, November 12
BEARCAT Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 We play HJ and Ozen this year. We have to do something to keep up! ;)

BADSANTA Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 Most kids who go D1 are the pure cream of the crop. In the state of Texas, I'm more than sure less than twenty 3A or below kids get D1 scholarship. When I say D1 I mean schools like Lamar, PVAMU, SFA etc....If you look at the past 3 years of SETX players of the year D.C. Stallworth (2 years) Shawn Prudhomme last year, neither went D1.
BEARCAT Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 Don't forget Jordan Wells (of LCM) will be playing at McNeese this year.
BLUEDOVE3 Posted October 30, 2012 Author Report Posted October 30, 2012 100,000 HS players will be all conference this year. D1 colleges will offer about 1000 scholarships. Do the math.Profound!
