Other than the obvious. Who is going to this game? And what side will you be sitting on? I am going and will be sitting on the BH side due to the fact it will probably be crowded on the SC side at Turner Stadium.

I think I might go ;) I'm curious to see what the BH D does with SC. With Denny out though I can't see a win for the Eagles :-\ and this is not a knock on Gigout as he is a good QB ,but Denny is just a great athlete and with out him running that offense it just doesn't look the same. However I'm sure the coaching staff will build this weeks game plan around our situation and come out swinging.

[/quote] IMO I don't think you are giving your team as a whole or it's coaching staff enough credit. Obviously the coaching staff knows how to adjust around every opponent. I mean isn't that what Gage gets paid the big bucks for?

[/quote]With all due respect to Denny being out and the BH coaching staff, you weren't beating SC with Kevin Sumlin calling plays. Going to be very hard to stay within shouting distance if BH can't keep the clock moving by gaining 3 or 4 yards at a time. The SC defense is a lot bigger and faster than Dayton and BH could only manage 168 yards on the Broncos. BH fell victim to the Crosby curse of winning everywhere accept the scoreboard, Dayton only had 104 total yards before the Chambers run. It's probably best to keep Denny out until the first round. Y'all should be able to beat New Caney without Denny.

I see this one close for the first two or three quarters (within 10 pts or so) even with Denny out. Mostly due to the fact that SC will need some time to adjust to a higher level of play.... which they haven't experienced in quite a while.

I know Dayton fans think it will be close because BH played Dayton close even with the backup qb but this one will be over at halftime. Dayton couldn't throw the ball on BH and therefore lacked explosive plays. SC is going to air it out until they start making explosive plays which will probably be in the first quarter. Without Denny and no passing game I think BH is down 20 at the half.

I don't know..... How do you know your theory is correct? It wasn't due to how Dayton played. It's more of the I watched a weak Crosby defense (at that point in the season) keep them in check for most of the first half and I think BH's Defense better than Crosby's at this point. You compare teams all the time... that's all we can really do. You're entitled to your opinion and I'll stick with mine.

[/quote]we all know one thing is for sure you dont know much about football. All of your predictions have been horrible this year. Sc should win but I doubt their up by 20 at halftime. Sc was up 14-3 at halftime against freakin humble. Last I checked humble was horrible. Almost as bad as that kp team that had crosby on the ropes with their backup qb. This game will not be a blowout. Not because bh played dayton close but because bh will have the best defense sc has seen.

[/quote]Couldn't or wouldn't.. Seems I read somewhere that was the reason Chambers was pulled for part of the game, because he had open receivers and didn't throw the ball.. Am I wrong on the reason Chambers was pulled? Someone correct me if I am..

I think the BH D will hold SC to much lower scores then they have been used too. I do think that SC will be the best Offense that BH has gone up against this year though. This will be a great test for the BH D can't wait to see the game.

I'll be honest, with Denny in we lose this game by 14, with Denny out we lose this game by 21 or more.  Fact is SC is a MUCH better and explosive team than any other team in SETX.  There is certainly not a 19 or 20 4A team that will even come close to stopping that QB and their receivers.  Tack on a running back who is big and strong, they are just damn good.  As SC put it a few post back, they are faster, bigger, and all together better than Dayton.  It's going to be a long night for my Eagles and next week for the Broncos.

Losing won't be the worse part of this game, it will be all the heatherns from Dayton wearing that GOD for saken ugly purple in the stands.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I watched Nederlland twice this year and in both games the pass Defense was one of the worse I have seen.  Nederland's worse match-up will be against SC.  If Nederland thinks Dayton passed on them, just wait for the SC game, if it happens.  Nederland's best match-up is Dayton.  Dayton just can't get their offense going and is the weaker team in district, overall.  BH has the best defense, and Crosby is just jeckle and hyde, but is very explosive.  SC is light years ahead of all 19-4A and 20-4A.

well against dayton,that was early in the year baby. nederland has improved alot,imo on defense and the offense is just polishing. in all fairness,nederland hasn't faced an offense as explosive since they played angleton.
