Speaking of that type situation, I am predicting Silsbee to make it to the 3rd round of playoffs which would keep about 7-8 varsity basketball players (including 3 starters) from being able to play the first 3 weeks of the season, which would include the Fred Williams Classic and the YMBL tourney.

I predict that those players first opportunity to hit the courts will be the Nederland Tourney on Dec. 6-8.

Are you referring to the Fred Williams Classic because neither team has each other on their schedules?

Dove- I am trying to understand why a "real basketball" school such as Ozen would spend time scrimmaging against 3 other schools who are only "pretenders"?
