[/quote]keener qb 1 full game this year and it was against humble. I know humble isnt good but dayton put up 42 pts in the first half with keener at qb. Like you said im ready to see what this team will do.

gotta agree there...I really hate seeing senior kids have to end their season due to injury...best of luck to this young man on a speedy recovery

He played some games last year with a broke foot, if there was any way I know he would be out on the field!!

This late in the season I would think you would want the kids going 3/4 speed at prac and try to make sure nobody gets hurt. Some people say practice like you play but injuries are less likely.

Everyone will step and do what they have to do! Dayton has alot of different play makers this year so they should be ok. 8)

Yes sir, it does.  Again, this was a great idea!  You should have seen him dressed out on senior night when he was a captain.  Very few dry eyes in the place.

News just in: Barton #51 for Dayton is not playing against summer creek due to a fractured leg. Also Daytons QB Chambers got kicked off the team. Word is said that he is trying to be let back on there. No news yet about that.

I'm trying to figure out why y'all constantly talking about the kids that are not playing? SC have a couple that will not play, but the rest of the kids will still dress out and play as hard as they can....that's how it is....the SC team will not worry about who is missing from Dayton's team, they won't even know. Unless the McBrides are gone, then they will notice, but won't care. It should be same thing for Dayton players.....IJS

[/quote]It's just not a some random kids playing it just happens be some of our best 1st stringers gone right before our biggest district game. It would be like you losing Sharp and a couple of your best linebackers right before you played us. I think you would be kinda talking about to if that happened. ;)

Injuries & suspensions are important. Makes a big difference when it is a teams best player. Losing Denny definitely made a difference in the BH/Dayton game. How is Denny doing???? Will he be back full speed for the playoffs?????
