Designed strategy, we rec a certain percent - ret td's for other team. Been doing it all year and our rec percent is in the 30's

Yea, they execute it well.  The kicker does a great job with the kicks.  Not sure I would try it every time.  Often giving the ball to the opponent at midfield.  Especially if they know its coming.  Maybe dink it over the 1st line once in a while for some variation.  It's 32-0 so I guess it works.
