[/quote]I agree with this too. First round games between 19 and 20-4a don't have any neutral sights. The Butch is about 75 miles from most 19-4a schools and Lamar is even further. I think the best spectator/most neutral venues are:

1. Memorial Stadium (Pasadena) 16k +
2. Stallworth Stadium (Baytown) 16k +
3. GPISD Stadium (North Shore) 10k +
4. Berry Center (Cypress) 10k +
5. Memorial Stadium (Channelview) 8k +

Turner Stadium (Humble) 10k + and the Berry Center are great venues to play the teams from the norther part of the region in.

Woodforest is a nice stadium but dang, the stands seem a mile away from the field.....I went to watch Clear Brook play College Park and you needed binoculars to see the players

BH and Livingston would be somewhat neutral but you might as well call it a home game for Ozen and Vidor. I definitely don't think 19-4a sweeps with a setup like that.

I agree about Stallworth- it should be used more.  If it can host the BAYOU BOWL between two states featuring the very best...it certainly can host 2 average teams in the playoffs.  It should definitely be used as a neutral site for 19-4A and 20-4A IMO

Geez, you leverage yourself to impress your friends but can't afford a game warden to guard a couple scared Eagles. Probably should stop building gyms, finish that everlasting construction and just buy you a perch to watch the games from. I would invite you to watch it from the Cougar Den but the twins like to eat birds.

The problem with finding a good stadiums at playoff time is that there are more teams looking for good stadiums than there are good first class stadiums . It's only going to get worse next year.
