Just looking for some honest opinions here:      My Opinion

20-4A:                          19-4A

1. The Butch                  1. Turner (Humble)

Overall:

PNG has a nice home side and the field is nice but if you have to sit on the visiting side it is very, very small and the parking is horrible!  Before it is even said, yes, I know Vidor's parking isn't all the great too.  ;)

Just was refering to the stadium and field.  Now parking and other things are a different issue.

Gotcha.  Last year we got to PNG's stadium at least 30 mins early and it was already almost full on the visiting side, we were all shoulder to shoulder with people standing.

I think we will both agree that Livingston's stadium is as bad as it gets for a 4A program.

That's how us Indian fans feel every time we go to a home or away game...but we get there at least an hour before.  ;D

LOL  yeah I think the only stadium that's not too crowded is the Butch.  I know we plan on getting to LCM's stadium early this week because their visiting side is very small too.

Our visitor side is rarely full...except when we play Nederland and Vidor. Our stadium seats over 13,000 (mostly on home side)

I knoe since lumberton's home side is now the old visitors side that the visitors side now has only been half full this year

As a visiting fan last week at Lumberton, it was very nice to sit on the "new" visitors side...plenty of room, nice restrooms and concessions stands.

PNG's home side is nice but the visitors side stinks...it doesn't have adequate access to exiting the rows and the room under the stands isn't near enough...if you end up going to the concession stand or restroom, your are packed in like sardines.

Vidor and LCM are comparable...not terrible, but seating is pretty limited.

Our's (Nederland) is OK...plenty of seating and Ok access to restrooms and concessions, but nothing special

Of course, the Beaumont schools have the nicest facility by far.

[/quote]Turner and NCISD blow the others away in 19-4a. King is nice since they've redone it and it's old with cement bleachers but easy to access like NCISD and Turner. BH is real nice but small for any team they play with a good following.

PN-G Concessions on the home side are super nice...the extra lines keep it going fast...and there is a flat screen so you dont have to miss any football action. I do wish they would vamp up the visitor side, then it would be appealing as a playoff venue. Although it is nice to see all that black and gold over there suffering. lol

20-4A only has the butch.  The others are pretty bad.  PNG is OK, I guess, assuming you like indians.

The PNG stadium would've been alot nicer, but they had to scale back on the original design for cost reasons. I remember the first design was super nice with a 3 story pressbox, brick on the stands, team pro shop, wrought iron fences, and some other really nice features.

That would be an easy fix if they paved the field next to the stadium and  put turf down to allow CMS players to practice.
