High school pitchers-juniors

[EAGLE07]

I am looking for high school pitchers that are juniors. Prefer 85 + velo, able to keep the ball down and throw strikes. Mostly get people out. "Bulldog" attitude on the mound.
Also, I have a question about LCM baseball. If anyone can help out, would appreciate a pm.

Might be worth a look.

6'2", 170 lbs, Not sure they have his class right. Could be a 2014.

Just curious but why do they need to be juniors?  I know several 2015's who have played 17u ball the last two summers and have looked good , real good on the mound while demonstrating the qualities you are looking for.

They do not neccessarily(?) have to be juniors..We have bumped up a few sophs in the past.
