Im new to the duck business. Went this past weekend and killed a few. Anybody have any good methods on ways to prepare/cook duck, and how to get the gamey taste out?
[/quote]  Soak the duck breat in milk overnight.  Then, wrap in bacon with a slice of jalepeno.  Place on an oak plank and put in oven for about an hour.  Take it out, throw away the duck and eat the plank.      ;)

Lots of canvas backs and redheads on Toledo right now.  Duck shootin on Toledo bend is as good this year as I've seen in the past 20 years or so.  Around Indian mounds is hot right now.
