I do not know about Palmer.
Teague finished 7-3 runner up. Austin Skinner is there starting quarterback he is a sophomore he has thrown for nearly 3000 yards. they run the spread offense and 1 of their receivers Aaron Mitchell another sophomore has over 1000 yards receiving. they have 2 division 1 prospects on the defensive side of the ball. number 51 Kelton Henderson and number 55Trea Bell are outstanding defensive players.

hope that helps

I would not say that, Teague has to many weapons.

If Newton plays Teague, it may come down to who ever has the ball last.

You might be right. That was a bit of hyperbole. Seriously though, I think Newtons first real test comes in the Semi's. I just cannot see a 6-4 or 7-3 team really challenging them.

I would not look past Teague. I am positive the Newton players wont.

If people think it will be a blow out than they are sadly mistaken. I have seen Teague this year and they are legit.

Teague has to get past Palmer first ;)

In the past Teague had some good size, but not much speed. Is this true this year? Newton has team speed. Different than than just one or two that can run. Farmer Fran what game did you see them play? Newton has been pretty consistent over the year, but some games has looked really, really good.

[/quote]I went to the Buffalo game. They are very fast at the receiver positions. They have a bruising running back #34 William graham and another fast Rb # 11 John Love.

Teague(7-3) has not played anyone the caliber of Newton this year.
Teague 34 Mart 35 (7-2) class A
Teague 47 Buffalo 37 (5-4)
Teague 27 Marlin24 (4-6)
Teague 44 Groesbeck 52 (19 3A ) (6-4) I think this is the team Jasper is playing.
Teague45 Waco Reicher 27 (5-3) Div.11 Catholic
Teague 35 Trinity 14 (5-5)
Teague 53 Palestine Westwood 10 (3-7)
Teague 49 Elhart 19 (2-8)

Not say Teague is going to beat Newton, but it will not be a blowout like some have predicted.
Teague has the weapons to score on Newton, just not sure if the defense can hold up.
I predict a high scoring game.

Teague has got to beat Palmer first :)
