Hey remember in 2007, when Livingston covered the entire town with Beat Brenham signs?? Dustin Harris was at QB and scored in the first 30 seconds of the game, and then Brenham put up 42 unanswered... good times haha

Looks like Elgin started off with 2 easy games, then the next 5 games were against good competition, before finishing with 3 easy District games.  Georgetown and Connally took them behind the barn and whipped them pretty good.  This game definitely should go to Brenham unless they blow it.  I sense BrenhamFan is getting a little nervous by lowering his prediction.

Lol....  Well heck they outscored their last 3 opponents, 171-13.  That's enough to mak a lot of people nervous.  Our defense will do their part, as always though.  It's gonna be on the soph QB to lead this young team through the playoffs.

*Our QB won the job outright this year, but keep in mind that this is the playoffs, and he wasn't even the JV QB last year.  He went from starting QB of the freshman team last year to leading varsity into the playoffs.  He's about 5'9" or so and can't weigh more than 150lbs.  Hope he is ready.  If he gets in the weight room and works on arm strength he could be a game breaker in the next year or two.  Accuracy should get better with more reps and experience.  He MUST stay healthy or were probably done.

@ Buddy- some tough district games.

[/quote]I could not agree more.  This young man will HAVE to take this team on his shoulders, but at the same time use the weapons at his disposal(Darrion Johnson, K.D. Leakes and so ON).  I think he will be fine.....
