Guest Posted November 17, 2012 Report Posted November 17, 2012 Not sure who will win this but Franklin will execute their offense to perfection. #20 is one of the fastest RBs in the state.
jimmyw Posted November 17, 2012 Report Posted November 17, 2012 if the Roberts kid is ok, i'll go with E.C. 35-26. You guys played great and your coaches did a outstanding job last thursday. Newton will be pulling for you guys. I know you can stop there speedster. jmho
homegrownheard Posted November 17, 2012 Report Posted November 17, 2012 franklin is to powerful on offense and #20 will score more than 20 by himself.. ec better hope than can keep up because the scoreboard will be lighting up fast when franklin has the ball..
wackpack Posted November 17, 2012 Author Report Posted November 17, 2012 Maybe so but I heard their D is not very good.

Guest ECBucFan Posted November 17, 2012 Report Posted November 17, 2012 Franklin has a prolific offense. They average over 54 ppg. To be competitive, EC will have to control the clock, avoid turnovers, and play "lights out" defense on the Franklin speedster. HDBobcats9 Posted November 18, 2012 Report Posted November 18, 2012 Franklin's tailback Darius Floyd and fullback Chris Morrow both rushed for just over 2,000 yards each last year. Both were All-State RB selections. I think Floyd has been the focal point this year but both can go. Franklin will put up some rushing yards and some points. I think EC can take them as long as Roberts is healthy. I say :East Chambers - 51Franklin - 42P.S. HD ran into Franklin in the 2nd Rd after we beat Timpson in '98. The Lions beat the Bobcats 34-19 and HD hasn't ran into them since to try to get some revenge. We'll be rooting for our old district rival to put the whoopin' on 'em for us! Good luck Bucs from HD!
lobos Posted November 18, 2012 Report Posted November 18, 2012 Too hard to say! I will give it a shot!E.C.-22Franklin-21 ;)

ChampionEagles Posted November 18, 2012 Report Posted November 18, 2012 I think Franklin is going to be a bit too much for EC. I think they will wind up in the quarterfinals. They're that good. Franklin 52 EC 28.
ECBuc08 Posted November 18, 2012 Report Posted November 18, 2012 EC wins this one 40 24. Defense has really played well the last few weeks.

Guest ECBucFan Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 Well, being a private school in a metro area, they can potentially pick up great athletes. I dunno their size, but they are probably larger than Franklin. As for Lexington, they won 2A Div. II recently (if memory serves). I watched them rip up Refugio two seasons ago.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 they sure dont play any type of D, Roberts should shred them if he's healthy
