Not sure who will win this but Franklin will execute their offense to perfection. #20 is one of the fastest RBs in the state.

franklin is to powerful on offense and #20 will score more than 20 by himself.. ec better hope than can keep up because the scoreboard will be lighting up fast when franklin has the ball..

Franklin has a prolific offense. They average [u]over 54 ppg[/u]. To be competitive, EC will have to control the clock, avoid turnovers, and play "lights out" defense on the Franklin speedster. Go Bucs!  8)

Franklin's tailback Darius Floyd and fullback Chris Morrow both rushed for just over 2,000 yards each last year. Both were All-State RB selections. I think Floyd has been the focal point this year but both can go. Franklin will put up some rushing yards and some points. I think EC can take them as long as Roberts is healthy. I say :

P.S. HD ran into Franklin in the 2nd Rd after we beat Timpson in '98. The Lions beat the Bobcats 34-19 and HD hasn't ran into them since to try to get some revenge. We'll be rooting for our old district rival to put the whoopin' on 'em for us! Good luck Bucs from HD!

Well, being a private school in a metro area, they can potentially pick up great athletes. I dunno their size, but they are probably larger than Franklin. As for Lexington, they won 2A Div. II recently (if memory serves). I watched them rip up Refugio two seasons ago.
