Coldspring Vs LaMarque/LM WINS 35-21

Great game to watch,congrads to LaMarque w/2nd half adjustments.If I were on the CS sidelines I would've changed the snap count the entire last half.#48 the Coog nose was jumping the snap on nearly every play and disrupting the CS run game.Nice to meet ya T Dawd and a good season by CS 8)

Congrats La Marque. You earned that win. Good year CS. Let's do it again next year. On a side note, I noticed that our clock management was not good. No sense of urgency right before the half and especially at the end. Not that it would have made a difference but don't we have a no huddle we've used before? Anyway, nice to meet Liltex and Trocket.

And that was all she wrote folks.... Well well well, did i predict it or what ?? La marque wins by two score as predicted (14). Our Defense got worked in the first half.... But came out in the Second half and took care of business. Great Game Coogs... But this is only step 1. We've got no. 1 Navasoto next, and they aint no joke. Back to work. #CTS Also i want to give a lot of credit to the coldsprings coaching staff. They knew that it would take an early knockout blow to stunn this La marque squad into playing below their capabilities.. And for the first quarter this was working in their favor, but perseverance is a sermon too often preached in our huddles. What a game.!

If truth were told, there were multiple times where #62 for Coldsprings was illegally holding our #45 from getting to the quarterback. I counted at least 3 on my end of the field but only one was officially called. Nevertheless, i cant complain because one call never determines a whole football game. It was neck and neck until the 3rd Q when la marque gave itself some breathing room going up 2 scores.

You definitely have one of the toughest roads to the championship in 3A Div II.  After Coldspring, you get Navasota.  Then, with a win there, you most likely get WOS.
