i feel sure the loena coaching staff knows all about the kids from wo-s by now if thay dont oh well. lorena has a outstanding running game built around there QB everyone in the park friday knows this its no secret he is the spark plug of there team he is a big kid 215 pounds and very hard to bring down once he gets into the open field as we watch him on your tube and only a JR at that he will be around next year also.IMO i feel this will be a see saw game back in forth who gets the brakes just might win this game. as for the wo-s kids thay have see two OB like the one thay will meet up with this friday night just nameing two  of them  the kid from centrel who had speed like you never seen befor and then there is the young kid over at silsbee who could run with power  and just loved to run over you oh did i miss saying he had speed also and he is still playing also  :).the couching staff over at lorena  will (NOT) change anything up for this game with the mustangs its going to be a stop me if you can wo-s if you cant oh well see all of you friday all eyes will be on the QB even the people in the stands good luck to both teams

Best of luck to our Mighty Mustangs and those Silsbee Tigers!  Earn the respect you deserve by winning your respective games tonight!  Praying for traveling grace to any/everyone traveling to see our athletes playing (all over Texas), fair officiating and most importantly...the health of all players playing this week!

Now, GO MEET 'EM MUSTANGS!!!  Remember, you are your brothers' keeper; Mustangs......112%; and most importantly....You can do ALL things through Christ!!!

i just wish i new more about lorena what has got them this far are thay a running team are passing are both thay must have a good D are thay would be playing basketball

They run more than pass. The QB is the main show, power runner, good passer on both the short ball and the long ball. Don't get caught napping on the long ball. They don't make many mistakes. Their defense is good, but not great.  I don't know the technical terms for the offense and defense.

When they first take the field you are going to be surprised at how small they seem at first.

Speed on the corners can get to them, Fairfield had a few good runs off tackle and outside with one being a long TD.

I hope to be able to come to the game, I have never seen WOS play.

One other thing I meant to mention is that Lorena likes to line up in the swinging gate (or something like it) on extra points.  They have been pretty successful and it puts pressure on the opposing team when they get 8 instead of 7.

    • I have no issue with that however…. Rick Perry, although seemingly not really popular even with Republicans, was almost impossible to beat. The Texas conservatives just needed that tough, real conservative with an already popular voting base. Someone that has been elected to both Texas state office and federal office.  Boom! In 2010 in steps Kay Bailey Hutchison, a popular sitting US Senator and former Texas Treasurer. So she has been elected, statewide in both a state political position and nationally as a senator. A Rasmussen poll in 2009 showed Hutchison with a 40% to 38% lead over Perry. She had high profile endorsements as did Perry. Hutchison was endorsed by the likes of G H W Bush, Nolan Ryan, Roger Staubach, etc. If people are actually going to listen to endorsements, those are some fairly well thought of people in Texas. Primary day was between Perry, Hutchison and Debra Medina. Hutchison was beaten by Perry 51% to 30% and he got enough votes to avoid a runoff. Obviously, that has no bearing on today. It does show that just because a person is very popular and already elected to national office from Texas such as Kay Bailey Hutchison, it does not ensure a good showing in the polls against an incumbent. It will be interesting for sure.
    • WOW what a game. just got home, I'm gonna sleep with a big smile all night. PNG QB passes were spot on tonight, lil #17 freshman receiver had huge catches at critical times in the game. # 44 had a couple of huge catches including the 'jump pass' on 4th down for a touchdown.  #4 made big plays at key times on both sides of the ball, he is a beast. #11 played his usual consistent game with big time catches and a couple of good punts and a good job of just falling on a bobbled kick reception. #27 probably had 125 yards or so rushing. The defensive backs did a good job, bending but not breaking including the interception in the end zone. I thought the TH coaches messed up not trying to score with the high power players they have when they got the fumble right before half with 45 seconds or so on the clock and 3 TO left, if they would have scored then it would have broke our backs. I know it was 90 yards to go but they could cover the field in 3 or 4 plays. This is one of the most exciting wins in PNG's long history of exciting wins. Oh yeah kudos to the fans for getting in to the game at key times and in my Opinion making a big difference. 😂
    • To the 41 individuals that picked TH…..🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Round 4 here we come!
