Denny decided to have his one bad game today. Not sure what happened out there today. Defense was looking good and then they couldn't hold water. They were on the field way too much. Turnovers turnovers. Gonna have nightmares tonight of them jumping on fumbled balls and taking them to the house.

I had to miss the game today because I was lifting a TV from this house near BH....... ;D ;D

Dang, what can I say.  We got our arses whipped and worse part about it the dang Elgin uniforms were purple.  I started making a checklist of ways you can lose a game and by the 4th minute in the game we had completed most of them twice.  It OK though, have NO FEAR, we are really "losing the battle so we can win the war".  The way we lost that battle when that damn war is over they are bound to write history books about us.......no doubt.... ;)

Well, back to fishing for 9 months....... 8)

Last call I got from Smokinbaby while I was @ Reliant watching Deer Park/FB Travis was Nickolas O'Neal was in hospital w/a possible back injury.Anybody got a update?Praying it is not a serious injury

I heard the same thing. He tryed to jump over the line during a 1st half run and got spun around and landed flat on his back. They worked on him a little bit and then more at half time then he came back out and ran the ball the rest of the half. I hope he is ok as well, he showed a lot of heart out thier yesterday!

He has multiple fractures of his vertebrae. He was sent to TX Childrens to see Neurosurgeon and Orthopedic Surgeon. It's looking like no surgery but a lot of rest and physical therapy. Nick's first question was "how much off season do I have to miss?"  I'd say he is gonna be just fine!  ;)

I noticed alot of bh runners leaving their feet. That is not a good thing to do when carrying the rock. If nick doesnt leave his feet that injury never happens. I noticed it alot in the 3 bh games I saw this year. I will say this nick should be the mvp of bh without that kid I didnt see much offense. He is hard to bring down and opens things up for everyone else.
