I posted earlier in week about Georgetown stating that it would be a tough game for SC and the factors in that about GT, BUT IMO anyone can beat anyone else in football on any given day.

Nederland is only looking at PDawson.  Dawson is tough enough and however, it plays out, barely scraping one out or whatever.... Nederland comes to play and doesn't care about enrollment or whatever.  This is 4A football and your opponent is across the field.

Man its not because there isn't any new housing the reason yalls enrollments going down.  Its because of the dang crime rate over there, theres more car jackings and shootings at the WalMart in SC than you can keep count....

Explain how GTown had a 5A player pool to choose from with a smaller enrollment than SC?? I gotta see this math!
PNG has 1400 students, but we have more kids in our FB program than the two local 5As who have 2300+ students. Only because the kids all love to be in the program. Doesn't make us 5A. Same said for GTown. They have 4A enrollment numbers and many kids in the football program. SC could do the same. Just get more students off the streets and into the football program. Novel concept.

Once again Nederland is a great Texas Highschool program as is PNG and Dayton from this area you have about 80 more years to go to catch up with them. WOS and Newton go up there as great programs in this area. You gotta give credit were it is due. You have very little credit in my book. If you want to see what a Texas Highschool program looks like study these teams and you will learn a bit about THF history and tradition. This is why Nederland and Dayton WOS and Newton all get well deserved resect on here.
