Me and my Indian clan will be at Reliant next Friday. Like several others have posted here, You earn respect and we have nothing but respect for Nederland. It has been earned.

Yes 17 straight is a stretch, we had 11 straight and were bumped the year DAYTON beat us 63-0, we did go 7-3 that year, but missed the playoffs if memory serves correct.  But made it every year prior to and since.  And 6 playoff games the past two years, that's a pretty good little two year run.... and still going.

If SC has such a fine program, where are all the fans. There couldn't have been more than 500 SC fans at the Vidor game. When Nederland and PNG play there are 15000 fans there to watch that game. There would be more but they run out of seats and tickets. Vidor also backs their team very well. Ned and PNG once pulled 40000 fans at the Astrodome.

If SC wants to learn a lesson about respect. Show up at Reliant Friday night and watch the respect from the different schools in 20-4A their supporting Nederland. Have the SC players come to the game and watch a team win or lose with dignity.
